At Beauty Journey Studio, we stand behind our products. We strive to provide the highest quality, most-effective professional skin care products on the market. However, we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. In order to provide the best possible service, we do accept product returns within 10 days of purchase.
Customers who purchase products at Beauty Journey Studio will have to hold onto their receipts if they think they may have reason to request a refund. The refund verification system used by Beauty Journey Studio requires that the receipt must be verified, and customers must also provide a valid picture ID at time of refund.
Item(s) that has been used or opened in any way must be returned within 10 days from the purchased date and will not be eligible for a full refund, a full exchange, or a full studio credit. A restocking fee is applied to used or opened item(s). If items have been paid for with a check, a debit card, or a credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), Beauty Journey Studio requires that the consumer wait five days for the check or credit card to clear before a refund will be issued. Returns will be processed and approved credits issued within five business days of receipt. For credit card charged, customers will be responsible for the credit card processing fees.
Return item(s) that does not meet the inspection by Beauty Journey’s staff will not qualify for a refund and may be returned to the customer. Refund eligibility is determined once the return item(s) is received and inspected. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any item.
