At Beauty Journey Studio, every product is formulated with intention. We want you to shop with confidence.

Returns are accepted within 15 days of your order date.

Refund Structure

• Unopened and unused in original packaging: 75% refund, or full value as exchange or store credit

• Opened or used products: 50% refund, out of respect for hygiene and product integrity

• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable

• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, except in cases of damage or fulfillment error

• To initiate a return, contact us with your order number for instructions

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: Contact us at 714-726-0504 within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos so we can resolve it quickly.

We reserve the right to limit returns in cases of suspected policy misuse to protect the integrity of our community.
