RETURN POLICY

We want you to feel confident shopping with Beauty Journey Studio. If something doesn’t work out, returns are accepted within 15 days of your order date.

Refunds are based on product condition:

  • Unopened & unused (original packaging): 75% refund or exchange/store credit

  • Opened or used products: 50% refund (for hygiene and product integrity)

Important notes:

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.

  • To start a return, please contact us with your order number for return instructions.
