Services Provided

We offer virtual consultations and related skin care services. You agree to provide accurate information and follow our instructions for safe and effective care.

Appointment Scheduling and Cancellation

Appointments must be scheduled through our system. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. No-shows or late cancellations may incur fees as outlined on our website.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation: We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time incur a fee of 50% of the appointment cost. No-shows will be charged the full appointment fee.

  • Refunds: Due to the nature of our virtual consult and personalized services, refunds are generally not provided once the service has been delivered or the appointment has been confirmed. If you believe you have a valid reason for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment to discuss your concerns.

  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment without penalty if done at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a rescheduling fee.

  • Exceptions: We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances. We may consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis.

Payment Terms

Payment is due as specified during booking. We accept Zelle, Venmo, Visa, Mastercard, and Cash. Late payments may result in suspension of services.

Client Obligations

You must provide truthful and complete information during intake and consultations. Follow all care instructions. Our services do not replace emergency medical care.

Limitations and Disclaimers

We do not guarantee specific results. Outcomes vary based on individual factors. We disclaim liability for any adverse effects or damages resulting from your use of our services.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services for clients who violate these terms or engage in harmful behavior.

Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will take place in Garden Grove, California. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
